Audi AdBlue repair from £249, done at your home, work or roadside across London and the Midlands. We cover Audi owners in Canary Wharf, Hounslow, Harrow and Croydon, and in Birmingham, Solihull, Leicester and Derby. Call us with the message on your dash and we will tell you what to do next.
Our engineers repair TDI Audis from the A3 to the A8 and from the Q2 to the Q8. That includes quattro, ultra and S line models. We fix supply modules, tank units, injectors, NOx sensors, temperature sensors and wiring. You hear the price first and you agree it before we begin.
Audi diesels sold in the UK rely on a working SCR system to stay Euro 6 compliant. In London, that matters for ULEZ and for clean running every day. A fault left alone can lead to a start block, so it is better to repair it early.
The display shows how many miles of AdBlue are left. It is a refill reminder.
The car warns that it will refuse to start after this distance.
A part of the SCR system is not working and the car cannot correct it.
The car has found a problem that may raise emissions.

We read every code with an Audi capable scanner before we quote.
| Code | Fault | Usual cause | What we do |
|---|---|---|---|
| P20E9 | Reductant pressure too high | Blocked injector or kinked line | Check the line, clean or replace the injector |
| P2048 | Reductant injector circuit low | Shorted wire or failing injector | Test the wiring, repair or replace the injector |
| P2049 | Reductant injector circuit high | Open circuit or loose plug | Inspect the connector, repair the circuit |
| P203B | Reductant level sensor range or performance | Sensor in the tank reads wrongly | Test the sensor, replace the tank sender |
| P203C | Reductant level sensor circuit low | Wiring fault or failed sender | Check the circuit, repair or replace |
| P205B | Reductant tank temperature sensor circuit | Faulty temperature sensor | Test and replace the sensor |
| P2202 | NOx sensor circuit, bank 2 | Failing sensor, common on V6 TDI engines | Replace and code the sensor |
| P2209 | NOx sensor heater circuit, bank 1 | Heater inside the sensor has failed | Replace and code the sensor |

An Audi SCR system has an AdBlue tank with a level sender and temperature sensor, a supply module that builds pressure, and an injector in the exhaust. Two or more NOx sensors report the results to the engine computer. If one reading is off, the car may react as if the whole system has failed.
Audi control units are sensitive to voltage. A weak battery can cause false AdBlue errors, especially on cars used mainly for short journeys.
When an Audi sits unused for weeks, AdBlue can age in the tank and lines. The first drive afterwards is often when the warning appears.
Parts chosen to match your Audi engine and year.
New sensors and modules are adapted so the system relearns.

I used this company to sort out adblue issues with my Vauxhall Combo Life, I was fed up of keep getting warning lights and threats of engine not starting if I continued to drive the car. I contacted Bolt Remaps and they came to me the same day and fixed my problems for good. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, I overpaid, however, once they became aware of it they refunded me immediately. Both of the staff I was involved with were extremely friendly and efficient and I thoroughly recomend the company to anyone that needs help with adblue problems or engine remaps :-)![]()

Audi AdBlue repairs start from £249. The final cost depends on the part at fault, such as a sensor, supply module or injector. We scan the car, explain the fault and give you the price before we start.
The fault itself does not change your ULEZ status, because that is based on the Euro standard of your car. But a failing SCR system can raise emissions and lead to a start block, so it is worth fixing early.
The car may have found a fault and cut the range on purpose, or the level sensor may be reading wrongly. A real top up does not make the range drop this quickly, so a scan is the right next step.
Yes. Low voltage can upset the control units and store false AdBlue codes. We test the battery and the SCR system together, so you do not pay for a repair you do not need.
AdBlue can age or crystallise when the car stands unused. The first drive often triggers the warning. We check the fluid, the injector and the sensors, then clean or replace what is needed.
It pulls AdBlue from the tank and builds pressure so the injector can spray it into the exhaust. When it weakens, you see pressure codes and warnings. We test it on site and replace it if it has failed.
Yes. We repair most diesel Q5 and Q7 models, including 3.0 TDI engines. Larger SUVs often have more complex tank units, so we scan first and confirm the work before we quote.
Some Audi models need adaptation or a reset after a part is changed. We do this on every job, then road test the car, so the message clears and stays clear.
Yes, if the tank is low. Use proper AdBlue and avoid overfilling. If the message stays after a correct top up, a sensor or module is the likely cause and you should book a scan.
Many repairs take one to three hours on site, depending on the part. A sensor swap is usually quicker than a supply module job. We will give you a time estimate once we have scanned the car.
Our repairs start from £249 and we come to you, so there is no tow, no courtesy car wait and no workshop booking. The final price depends on the fault, and you agree to it first.
We cover London boroughs and the Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. If you are outside these areas, call us and we will tell you if we can reach you.
